Ridge Crest Nursing Center opened in November of 1978 with a mission to provide long-term care for loved ones in the small community of Warrensburg, Missouri. It’s exciting to see that the vision and mission Ridge Crest is the same today as it as when the facility first opened!
Ridge Crest is a 120 bed Skilled Nursing Facility. All our beds our certified for Medicare and Medicaid to meet the long-term care and rehabilitation needs of your loved ones. It is important to us that all our residents’ physical, social, emotional and spiritual needs be met. Individualized care plans identify the specific needs of each resident and provide an interdisciplinary approach to meeting goals. Ridge Crest is proud to offer private rooms to all residents whether they are here for rehabilitation to home or requiring a longer stay.
