As of 9/14/2021, we had an exposure to covid and currently performing outbreak testing, but we are covid free and taking the following specific steps to maintain health:Our community positivity rate is 15.7% currently. This means that the community positive cases are uncontrolled. Due to this information, we will only be doing medical necessary appointments at this time. We will have to wait for shopping, hair appointments, meals out etc until the positivity rate is at or below 5%. I am also asking for immediate family only to visit currently. The visiting hours are 7 AM to 7 PM still. If the positivity rate increases, I will decrease the visiting hours to 7 AM to 5 Pm to validate that all screening procedures are being completed. I ask that you have no more than 3 visitors at a time, all visitors must stay in your room and not go throughout the facility or go to smoke outside. There will be no visitors allowed in the dining rooms during mealtime either, if your loved ones visit during a meal, they are welcomed to eat with you in your room. We must follow these rules to maintain a covid free environment. . We are taking steps based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to reduce the spread and impact of COVID-19, such as: Enhanced infection control precautions, Screening residents, staff, and essential visitors for expanded list of symptoms, Testing staff and residents for COVID-19 based on current protocols, Offering COVID-19 Vaccination Program to all Resident’s and Employee’s

Celebrating 40 years of service!

Ridge Crest Nursing Center opened in November of 1978 with a mission to provide long-term care for loved ones in the small community of Warrensburg, Missouri.  It’s exciting to see that the vision and mission Ridge Crest is the same today as it as when the facility first opened!

Ridge Crest is a 120 bed Skilled Nursing Facility.  All our beds our certified for Medicare and Medicaid to meet the long-term care and rehabilitation needs of your loved ones.  It is important to us that all our residents’ physical, social, emotional and spiritual needs be met.  Individualized care plans identify the specific needs of each resident and provide an interdisciplinary approach to meeting goals.  Ridge Crest is proud to offer private rooms to all residents whether they are here for rehabilitation to home or requiring a longer stay.
